I made it through my Daughters birthday party nic free. I feel amazing!! Only snapped at one person
who deserved it, so overall success.
I love this. Fog, rage, and even in times of total even keel sanity, some folks just need a boot up their ass.

Yeah Day 9 can suck it! I feel like I did on day 2. Why?? I've been losing temper,
and can't sit still.
I think it might have to do with me telling everyone I feel amazing.
I sure as hell got put in my place today! I picked up some smokey mountain
today. I like the little burn but I got pouches and they stuck to my gums.
 I guess we will see what happens. Hopping for a better day tomorrow.
You are winning.....don't let your addiction fool you....it gets better , but you've gotta fight for it like you have been. I'll quit with you!
Just keep fighting. In time, this will pass.
Critical time right now. Fog is lifting, quit revelations are coming into focus, and the understanding of what freedom is like begins to take place. But nicotine, always the formidable foe, is ever present in the back of your mind. You're honing your skills and building your pillars of quit. Just remember Jen, you posted roll today and you made a promise. A promise to yourself, to me, to the Sultans, to KTC that you would be quit with us today. You've made it 9 days, which just goes to show, you can do this...so, don't break your word. We'll do it all again tomorrow,...together. Keep crushin' it
Today is almost over. You are 9-0. ODAAT. Post roll tomorrow when you wake up.

I quit with you today.
Your doing great Jen. Just remember that the craves will pass with or without nic. If you use you lose and they will never get better.
You need to remove the word "hope" from your quit vocabulary (quitcabulary?). Replace it with stronger words like will and do. You've got this. Take deep breaths and enjoy the fact that you can now control your craves and not turn them into caves. 9 days ago, you couldn't do that. That means you are winning, one little minute at a time and they add up quickly.
PM me if you need anything.

btw your avatar totally grosses me out.

Welcome Jen!
I too quit while my husband continued to use. It takes so much more when your addiction is staring at you every morning you wake up and throughout the day. I'm here to tell you that it CAN be done. Almost 2 years for me now and I owe it all to my KTC family of supporters.
Post roll daily and do it first thing in the morning. It will take using off the table if you are a woman of integrity and will keep your word. Arm yourself with a support system that the nic bitch will not be able to penetrate!
Check your messages for my number. Join us in chat when you get a chance. It's a great way to get to know fellow KTC members and build your web of accountability. These guys are great and will be there for you to help you through your hardest days. Give me a call/text and Im happy to help you get posting. We can't quit for you, Jen, but we can certainly make the road less bumpy.

Cindy
