I can only handle one day at a time. 454 days ago it felt like a mountain to climb each day. Now, I just love lacing up my boots to climb that thing each day. Let's fight bro.

The Day Number should not be your focus. Keep count of course, but remember our quit begins anew each day!!

Great choice, Jake! 7 days is HUGE, bro. The nic is outta your system, but the real torture states now...rationalizations, mind tricks, etc. the Nic Bitch doesn't give up easy. But, you don't have to fight alone. That's what we're here for. Glad to have you join our fight.

Post roll, keep your word, read all you can on this site. Commit yourself to this and live free!!!

Go ahead and post in the quit group: Pre HOF May 2012, same quit group as myself. Introduce yourself there, and a vet will tell you to goto the welcome center, read some shit there about posting.

This site is really helpful!
I'm only on day 7, but that is at least 6 days longer than I could go on my own.

My secrets of success so far: KTC, Sex, bacon, fake dip, wintergreen lifesavers, BLT sandwiches, bacon cheeseburgers, and bacon. What are yours?

Hi guys, I'm on day 16. I've dipped for 20+ years off and on. Tried to quit several times only to start back when triggered. This time it's serious! Glad to find a community that can relate.
