How did kdip (Dec  08) get to 1928 days? ODAAT of posting roll and honoring his word. You rock kdip.
I have ODAAT my way to 228, I plan to tackle the rest of this journey ODAAT just the way evil points out a master like kdip has.
Or...How do you eat a 16 oz TBone with a pint, after a huge salad, and still send multiple FU texts around North America? KmotherfuckinDIP is how. 'boob' 'boob' 'boob'
Only one pint???
He must be on a diet.
Just seeing this for the first time this morning. A lot of good things have happened in my life since that day back in 08. I am free and no longer hopelessly chained to a can of cope or a Marlboro Red. I never thought I would meet so many great friends along the way while getting a demon out of my life.

This week while visiting family in rural Alabama, I have seen a lot of dippers. Last night at Walmart it seemed like I was the only male that didn't have a can in my back pocket. When we went to dinner I was greeted by a 30 something YO dude that had to go out front to have a smoke during his meal. Later on in the restaurant at the buffet bar I noticed he had a can in his back pocket as well. I am so glad I am no longer like him.

Kdip - Day 1948. Proud to quit with you guys (and gals) today!
thanks for leading the way.. always appreciated you positive attitude..
Boom.

Kdip has spoken.

Everybody should listen.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

 Hello, I would like to introduce myself to the site. I can see that I am not alone in this journy to get this "wonderful" crap out of their life once and for all. A couple of years ago I found my long lost old friend Mr Cope. He got me through College many years ago and showed up again when I was really down. He gave me a great lift at the time and before I knew it, he has taken over my life. I had a monster dip in the shower this morning  and dumped him down the toilet. Goodbye!! He about made me puke since I do not normally have that big of lipper frst thing in the morning.  I made the decision to quit last night. I am quitting for myself and the sake of my relationship with my Wife and 12 year old daugther. I am tired of this crap ruling my life at the expense of others.

It is the point that every waking moment I have either been having a dip, thinking about a dip and craving the next dip all while hiding it from my wife and child. Walk the dog, go the the store, work outside - Any reason to stuff my lip with cancer causing crap. Getting drunk to get an even better buzz. You get the picture.  I dipped about a can a day for 3 or 4 years and managed to quit when I got married many years ago. I hope with help from above and the good folks on this site I can conquer this addiction again.  Good luck to everyone and stay tough.
Welcome KDIP..
Many "shadow dippers" here like yourself. Exactly the same habits and story..
There is no "HOPE" here.. Only Quit.. Your done dipping as of today, in a week you will be so happy you made the decision.

kdip, my man, u got this you really do!!! dont choose the can over your loved ones and yes i did the exact same thing i would often leave and do things or "chores" just to slam a nice full mouth of grizz mint but honestly once you get past the initial hardcore craves u got it man. take it day to day! im here if you need me!!!
Here is another awesome quit buddy of mine. Now this one quit about 2 months before me. He was one of the first people I called and cried cause I missed my nasty girfriend dip whore. Luckily he lived about 40 miles away and I have been able to meet up with him from time to time. Nothing like having people around who you know will go all ape shit on you if you cave.

What an awesome brother. I won tickets to this crazy 3 day music festival and who did I invite. Kdip for sure. One of the best trips I have ever taken.

You need to go and check out some of the people that have been quit for a bit and see what they were like when they first quit. You will find out that you have so much in common it is so scary.

Keep it quit.
