Hey bro, you are in the right place. And you have place to actually Quit. So what's your status ? Are you just wanting to quit or have you taken the first step, which is getting rid of all the nic stashes you have and taking the cold turkey plug ?

I've been dipping for about four years. I was going through a tin every three or four days, but for the past two years I've worked in a shop as an auto technican. I go through about a tin a day, skoal peach. Through college I met this great girl, I wanna be open and honest with her, I don't know how she would feel if she knew I chewed. That conversation never came up yet, but if it comes up I wanna be able to tell her I've completely stopped. Thanks to anyone for potential support.
