Hello to all. At 24, soon to be 25, I thought I would never be at this point (but which of us did plan this, right?). I an addict of the worst kind. Ninja dipped upwards of a roll per week for a good part of the last 5 years. Stopped twice for a total of about six months.

But not this time. I am done being an addict to a stupid nicotine hoar. I've got Smokey Mountain in right now...and I'm smiling for the first time in months. I'm doing this for me...not my family, not my friends, me. No more wasting time on this crap.

I quit with you all today.
Right On! Attack this addiction now -- don't wait 35 years like I did.

If you haven't yet, get to April 2016 quit group and post roll, your daily promise not to use nicotine. Get phone numbers from your fellow quitters, get to know them, build a support network.

For now, drink bathtubs of water, exercise , read this site. 72 hours to get nicotine out of your system, then the mental games to keep it out.

It is a tough addiction, but you can free yourself.
