Great decision. You have a great KTC Mentor reaching out to you in Worktowin, my advice is to take his advice and let him guide you through the process.
Prepare for war each day. Drink lots of water, find an alternative to dip (seeds, gum, jolly ranchers, lifesavers, fake dip, seeds, etc.). Exercise is a great help as well. When you get a craving do push ups or some other physical activity.
Remember the 5 Ps - Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance - If you do not over plan and commit to your quit your are setting yourself up for failure/caving.
