Good attitude QFS! That is the way to be- wary and ready to fight back. Persistence wins, and you will continue to be tested. Be sure you get your contact network built out. It's a critical layer of both accountability and support in ways beyond the obvious. Get connected with several quitters from your class, as well as from other levels of quit. A few vets in your corner can really help a lot. Pm me if I can help with my number. And keep the great quit growing even stronger!
This info helped me early on, and still does today: https://whyquit.com/whyquit/linksaaddiction.html

Quitters I’ve met so far: Ihatecope, >Pinched<, T-Cell, grizzlyhasclaws, Canvasback, BaseballPlayer, Cbird65, ERDVM, BradleyGuy, Ted, Zeno, AppleJack, Bronc, Knockout, MookieBlaylock, Rdad, 2mch2lv4, MN_Ben, Natro, Lippizaner, Amquash, ChristopherJ, GDubya, SRohde  -- always eager to meet more!

Was not sure where to post this question so I am
Posting it here as a reply to my intro.

What can one expect from a visit to the dentist --- it had been a long time for me - 10
Years probably .... Got some messed up gums - stains on teeth..

So what do you do --- walk in an be upfront ... I was a tobacco
Chewer for a
Long time and quit ...
My advice would be go in and be up-front. The dentist will be able to tell you were a tobacco user regardless of whether you tell him or not. One look int your mouth and he'll know. So, when you make your appointment, just tell them that you were a tobacco user and are recently quit. They'll make a note of it so that when you come in they'll give you an oral cancer screening, and an assessment of your teeth and gums. It'll be best to face the music straight up my friend. No hiding. Get the facts and start dealing with it.
