Day 5 -- feeling strong but know that nic is waiting for me to enter a weak moment .....
Got a message for you NIC ..F-OFF.
Days 5 to 10 really sucked for me. I kept patting my pockets trying to figure out what the I hell I was missing. I bet I lost my freaking keys 3 times a day. The fog did clear though. Hey I downloaded a quit timer on iTunes that tracks day and money saved. 1 month 1 day and saved $133 so far! Keep up the quit!

Lots of down Time today ..... But not much thinking about

Clean now for 4 days!
Great job. Keep it rolling...
Here is a time killer now that you are out of the withdrawal phase.

You will have major triggers so if its counter productive, walk away and save for another time.

Festering addiction

Do you see the shrine? Watch some where you can look at eyes. Especially before and after a hit of nicotine.

They are worshiping a false god. This god will lead to pain.
Yet they promote it.

Sad really. What praise would the sing visiting cancer brought on by their god?

So grateful I was lead to KTC. So grateful I am quit today, and I'm glad to see you here recovering vs in a cell of bondage.

Keep your guard up. Nicotine is a dangerous evil. It's subtle and that's her best weapon to lure you back. Fight today and keep your word today. You are in a winnable war. Worry only about today. No thought about tomorrow or the rest of your life.
Quit And Be Free

By my estimation if I was still dipping.. I would have most likely bought a can or two of Kodiak... ( yes.... over the past year or so, whenever I would buy it would be more than one can... just in case I ran out.. -- what I dumb AZZ i was ) ... and probably bought a can of Skoak extra pouches.... just in case i needed to dip and was not able to spit... // however I have noticed over the last six months that I was buying less pouches and alot more kod.....

Today has not been easy ..... back in my home office where in the past I would dip almost all day long.... ... very difficult but i am pressing on.

No headache today but am "foggy" and moody...

I told my wife this mornign that I have quit and she is very happy ..... and of course.. cited all the bad things that can happen from chewing ... whcih we all know already... I know the stuff is bad....

Pressing on.....
