This is your second intro. I bumped your first one to the top of the intro section.

You asked then how to post role from your iphone and WT was nice enough to provide a link for you, explaining the process.

I'm sure on of the mods will merge your intros. You don't get to start over after your fuck up.

How about this time you pull your Fucking head out of your ass and take this quit serious and don't treat it as a race to 100.

Any pussy ass asshole can stop for 100 days and then cave.

Stop being an asshole, pussy ass.

Thank you - very much
Also on the iphone, click a word in the bottom text box until select all comes up. Then hit select all, then cut. Go to top box hit paste, press the enter button, put your name and day. Hope that helps

What I am going to do different - if I need help I am going to ask. You are right I turned
My back on the support group and did not even ask for help - big mistake.

Continuing on want to do different - don't look at the 100 day mark as a finish line but rather just the first lap of a very long race and don't be afraid to ask for help .... All I had to do is recognize I am addicted to nicotone and like all addicts I am going to need help
Along the way.

My can of cope had been flushed down the drain about an hour ago and the can is in the
Trash.

Action step tomorrow - post roll / drink lots of water : stay busy and repeat on Thur...

Still not sure how to post from my phone but will
Figure it out.
Quit is quit and as long as you are quit, you have my support. Work on rebuilding that quit network. Come post in December 13 for extra accountability, but be warned, we put up with zero bullshit, don't drop your name in there if you don't mean it. Also check your inbox.

What happened -

I was out of town towards the end of a bunch of back to back to back
travel weeks and I craved and the went to the store for Just one can ... I don't know why but
Did think at the time -- just one ( dumb ass Me)

Why did it happen /

I let the nic bitch play a game with me and it won / I should have kept post rolling past the 100 Days - I really think that I posted that morning I would not have caved.

What will be different this time - I know this stuff is bad and will continue to post roll beyond the 100 day mark..
Here's what I read

1. I'm a weak addict and I caved

2. I quit posting roll and turned my back on my support group.

3. Not going to justify this one. This answer is unacceptable. Try again, really think about what you are going to do differently. Even better, think about what you didn't do when you caved, that should lead you in the right direction.

really try and process these answers for yourself, might help more than you think

Started my quit in feb cold turkey - hit my 100
Days at end of May and then mid July bought a can of cope long cut - I previously used
Kodiak wintetgreen for a long time ...

I dipped that one can of cope for a week and then bought more and more ... Chewed thru
Two vacations -- hating that I caved ... Enough is enough ... Quitting again....

The next few days will suck and then on the road traveling for the next 6 weeks - gonna suck
