You might want to figure out the answers sooner rather than later, or we probably will be welcoming you to December.

Brutal comments but true... the one that sticks out the most is that none of us have all the answers and that is why it is important to lean on each other.

My back on the support group and did not even ask for help - big mistake.

Continuing on want to do different - don't look at the 100 day mark as a finish line but rather just the first lap of a very long race and don't be afraid to ask for help .... All I had to do is recognize I am addicted to nicotone and like all addicts I am going to need help
Along the way.

My can of cope had been flushed down the drain about an hour ago and the can is in the
Trash.

Action step tomorrow - post roll / drink lots of water : stay busy and repeat on Thur...

Still not sure how to post from my phone but will
Figure it out.
This is fucking weak dude. I mean, I've seen stronger answers from others that we still called weak, this is just sad.

1. You knew at day fucking 30 that you needed to keep posting after day 100, you even discussed it and got lots of comments about it in this very thread.
2. You stopped posting after day 101
3. You didn't get involved in your group then, and it doesn't look like you are getting involved in your new group now.
4. You fucking went back in May and defiled our roll with a false day count. Day 1 mother fucking 20. Get the fuck out dumbass.
5. Plus, when you did come back to May, you committed the cardinal rule of posting at the end of the day and none of us saw it till this morning.

Man up or get out. You've missed out on being a part of one of the greatest KTC quit groups. Others are good, May 14 is like fucking trend setting, and you are on the "Mayhasbeens" tab in the spreadsheet.
Moral of the story:

You asked. We answered. You acted on your impulse. You failed.

There is a reason why we don't quit on our own. It's because I don't have all the answers. Sapper doesn't have all the answers. You don't have all the answers.

Together, we do.

Quit with us...not beside us.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I still am of the belief that there are no stupid questions... but whatever pal.
This thread proves there are definitely stupid fucking answers though.
SOJ, you posted day 101 then disappeared, learn from your past. Here's how to post from any phone...get the numbers of your fellow November quitters and text them, asking them to post for you, build some accountability. You should be near 200 days, not single digits right now. You really need to approach this quit a lot more aggressively than the last time. No idea who SOJ is, but you definitely shouldn't quit for SOJ, quit for you, you deserve it.
Also, post your answers to the 3 questions in May and November.
I would like to know who soj is. I would also like to know if you saw this, single/?p=8483058t=10423364.

I had not seen this intro at the top for some time but promptly remembered that you are the tool who asked if you need to keep posting roll once you hit 100 days. After scanning back a couple of pages, I confirmed that you are in deed the tool who asked that. I am also the one who said that you have affirmed that there is such a thing as a stupid question. Thank you for proving my point.
