My name is Tyler. I'm 20 years old and I've been dipping since I was 16. I got started playing high school baseball, all of my buddies did it. It didn't help that my dad has been in pro baseball for 30 years, so you can imagine the influence that had on my decision to start. The reason I'm posting this is because I'm tired of trying to quit over and over again without any support from my friends. They don't take me seriously, because they all do it. I'm scared. I know what this has done to me, and what it has the potential to do to all of us addicts. I want to set an example for my friends and for my father, as well as my uncle. I need y'all's help, because I know that these withdrawal symptoms are going to suck. I dumped the rest of my can down the toilet tonight, and chalked down my quit date as 2/25/14.
