Another tool to help you continue to get better each and every day will be to post roll with your quit group. Everything you are going through, they are going through. To be able to reach out and ask is the factor here.

I can answer your question and say yes, that is normal. I find myself in the bed around 9-930 now instead of 1130-1230 getting that last taste of nicotine. Please see about using the support group. We will be glad to assist you.

So I'm new here, I officially hit my one month mark tomorrow and This has been awful. I either sleep too much or not at all, I am having horrible withdrawals and I can't eat without wanting dip. Someone tell me it gets better lol
