Props man. Keep up the great work.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Seems like every time i need help, you're there, that's huge.
I appreciate it so much. I wouldn't still be here without your help.

So glad to have you here bro. Day 2 sucks. Day 3 sucks pretty bad too. Pound some water and get in the gym....it helps.

You're doing great! PM me if you need more digits.

Hi kramer. I'm glad you found KTC. I was a 34-year user, and today is Day 12 of my quit. And to be honest, for some reason today was a little rough. You WILL have those days. I have found posting roll as these bad ass quitters have advised you to be absolutely vital. My advice is to make it the very first thing you do every day. It is crucial, and I cannot overemphasize that. When a crave hits, the first thing that I reach out for is the promise that I make to myself and to this community every morning. Usually, that's enough. If not, I have the phone numbers of a small group of guys that I can reach via text or phone call for encouragement.

I'm quit with you today, brother. If you would like to trade numbers for support, shoot me a PM.
