Been there and done that. It comes and goes, but is almost gone now. Doctor says nothing is wrong and suspects it is related to the nicotine withdrawal.
I have had body aches, aches in my hip joint, shoulders, etc. Most have gone away. I quit 167 days ago, but I still have tingling in feet and hands. I took low dose of ibuprofen to help with body aches.

Hello! I’m 44 days tobacco free! This is after over 40 years chewing Copenhagen, a can a day! How insane is that? It’s going pretty good but I’m having horrible body aches. Is that part of my withdrawl? I’m also 59, that may have something to do wit it! Lol! But the aches seem to have come on coinciding with my quit. Any insight anyone may have would be appreciated. Thanks and have a dandy day!
