@woofiepie Welcome! You've certainly come to the right place. Head on over to July to post your daily promise and take the first step to freedom. I'll send you my phone number and we can stay quit together. I hold you accountable and you hold me accountable and together we will stay quit. Hope to hear from you!

@woofiepie welcome. Here is the link to your July group so you can start posting roll https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16409.0. .  We wake up, piss, and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Then repeat the following day. Only worry about today. We will deal with tomorrow at a later time. Make relationships as they will be huge at times. Only exchange digits through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. You can do this and we are here to help. Reach out if I can assist with anything.

Thanks, Keith. I posted roll yesterday and this morning, staying strong. Craving a bit with my morning coffee but nothing a little grit can't withstand.

Hi Everyone, I think this is the right place to post my introduction. I am here because quarantine has really gotten to me. I find myself dipping more than ever before and I am sick and tired of the monotonous sore gums and constant bending of the knee to the can. I have tried to quit many times and was recommended this site by a friend of mine... hopefully this will be the last time I ever find myself in need of quitting. Looking forward to it.
The reccommendation is solid!
This place works.
Get over to the July 2020 quit group and post roll.

then repeat every single day.
Best decision you can make here today woofiepie

Also, get around and read as much as you can.
especially words of wisdom area and keep in touch with your group and if you like journal in your intro
