Relapse dreams are normal part of healing. There are similarities in the dreams of recovering addicts of all kinds including tobacco addicts.

Thanks for this @Samrs - it needed to be said. It's a good reminder of why we're here.

Yes, You are 100% right chewie. On the back of my mind , there is a slight deviation foresee once 100 days over. I realised now. Will keep mile stone for 100 days. And again will keep another 100 days. But chewie, I beleive once you cross 100 days you may forget this shit, dont you. You are a master quitter. How do you feel after 3-4 months gap?

Two things...

1) There should be NO deviation post 100 days. This is a 'for life' game played 'one day at at time'. The COMMITMENT should be daily... the only difference between that commitment should be the numbers of days.

2) There's nothing 'master' about my quit. I'm no different than anyone else here... I quit one day at a time. I struggle(d). I post my promise. I'm no different than YOU as a quitter either... I just made my decision to quit years before you did.

As for your specific question... you'll feel hella better 3-4 months from now than you do on day 1 or day 3, but I'd be lying to you if I said you'd feel 'all better' or 'cured'.
