I must say this is the oddest forum I've ever joined... all the discussions in one GIANT thread... you can't start your own topic.. what gives?

I got a suggestion and wondered if anyone had ever thought of it. Would there be a 'niche' to take all of the Words of Wisdom, and a few other items of humor and such and maybe get them bound and available at the KTC Store?

Just thinking there is so much good information.....
If there's interest in this I'm happy to make it available on the store.

Ok didn't know if I should continue, as one was laughing my ass off so hard.

but I was thinking if one would agree and would call it along the lines of Cliff Notes....., or something of the like, and ask Big Brother Jack if he would write an introduction...

Is there a way we could see the interest? Could we put it as a poll in the one section of member input?
They're talking ghey and you mention polls, you can't make this shit up, priceless!

To all of my brothers,

I have been trying different things to help me sleep during these very rough first couple of weeks.  I go to the gym and lift weights, I go for lots of walks, I work on my motorcycle, and I have even changed my diet. All of things have helped out some what. The diet thing and going to the gm have helped the most in not gaining weight while I quit, but nothing has really helped the sleeping issue. I went to Super Supplements and was talking with the girls there about what I could take that would help me sleep but be non habit forming and maybe help my body recover from the workouts. I was given a product call ZMA (zinc magnesium and vitiam B). I have been taking it at night and I have had better sleep. This is only my exprience but if you are struggling to sleep try it. I have also noticed that my legs are not quite ase restless when I take the ZMA

I'm on day 12 of my quit, and for some damn reason I have absolutely no ambition to work out or run.  Kind of pisses me off because I wanted to use workouts as a way to pass the quit time, but one thing at a time I guess.  I usually hit the gym 4-5 days a week and run 12-15 miles a week, but not since the quit started.  I suppose I'll force the issue for myself soon and start taking advantage of the nic free life.  Any thoughts?
Probably not what you want to hear, because we all want immediate solutions:

Like all things good and bad, this too shall pass.

Hang on. It's worth it.
Do whatever it takes to get free of that crap. If you don't want to work out, go ride that motorcycle. Going out for ride helped me a lot and still does whe I feel down or I'm in a bad mood. Congrats on a a great decision. You can DO this! a day at a time.

The ghey novel will be printed by Nolaq and his crew of little mouth-breathers on one side per page only. If the the printing apparatus has been updated to print on both sides, we will have it printed on both front and back of the many pages of this proposed literary work
