For starters I am not a doctor, so take all in consideration to your own health/safety concerns, discuss w/ a doc if you have conditions or whatever. This has been a great remedy for me so far, day 3 for me and I havent had a lot of problems, not to say they are not around the corner but so far this has helped me.
a. 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar w/ 1 tsp honey in 32oz. of water 3x a day(fix to taste, helps cleanse, taste will get better w/ time)
b. Omega supplement w/ EPA DHA
c. good whole food vitamin
d. plenty of fiber (this helps absorb all the crap your body is getting rid of from nic use plus if you are drinking about 1gallon of water a day this will help w/ movin things along in the belly)
e. walk for 15-20 mins after a meal (helps w/ digestion and the after meal crave)
f. avoid fat and increase veggies and fruit (to many benefits to list)
g. good probiotic (this helps w/ digestion and rebuilds the good bacteria in the gut that tobacco use has killed)
h. hot tea (not as much caff. as coffee, which can cause anxiety, but enough to get u stimulated, there are some calming teas that can really help w/ mood issues thru the day or sleep)
i. herbal snuff
j. 10-20 mins yoga in the morning and before bed(there is great stuff on youtube, you dont need to be a pro, just do what you can)
k. cold showers (work your way into this, reduce temp each time)
l. i have heard and read that some homeopath supplements work real well, havent tried it
again my disclaimer: i am not a doctor, so use at own risk. all this has worked for me; more energy, less cravings, better mood, sleep well, no constipation, and a lot more.
