Hey...I'm no pro at this either. It has been a complete revision of my life. Just trying to fill in those gaps where the triggers lie. I do know I have tried the tapering shit....didn't work. You still need the can....only 3 dips a day turns into 4...5....6.... wait ohhh tough day at work or damn my wife and I just had it out....need another one. Weaning just makes justification that much easier and plus the shit is still right there at your finger tips. No doubt Cope is powerful, but from what I reading on this site and on the net.... it's all mental baby after 3-4 days...I dipped the bear and Cope non-stop (except for some bull shit attempts at quitting) and this ain't easy...you start thinking about anything but cold turkey and mentally you are all done! Just looking out Bossman...I'm in the same fight!

PS I'm from NH so the skiing suggestion just comes naturally....you can always try waterskiing....

truly shocked it has been that easy on me. Considering a week ago I considered myself beyond hooked and have never gone more than a couple of hours without a dip in the past few years. I think by me preparing myself so much for my quit, it has kinda deminished the power of the nic bitch during my quit.

I did by some smokey mountain dip after day 1, I don't really like it that much...but it helps with a strong urge. But once again, the urge is just not that strong for m NO NOT ME YOU SOUND TOO COCKY BE CAREFUL OF THE NIC BITCH OR YOULL BE LIP DEEP IN SOME COPEGRIZZSKOALLEVIGARETWHACAMISHIT!!!!!!!!

We are both on our 4th day so we know what you are going through. Hell I chewed for 20 years, 4 days ago I quit. Took last chew out of can never opened a new one just quit so I understand.
