I have my plan and will work it the same way I have for the past 34 weekends.
My 210th dipfree weekend coming up. My weekend plan has changed a little over the years, but one thing remains constant:
If you don't put that crap in your mouth, it won't jump in there on it's own. :)
But to help make that easier for myself my weekend plan has included everything from not drinking to fake snuff to exercise to help me get through. Do whatever it takes to keep your weekend dipfree.
Ya'll Keep Your Guard Up and remember that this Quittin' Stuff is definitely worth the effort.
