Ok QUITTERS ...Train is Pullin up a slight hill...chuggin away...first couple days "Suck" as they say but it keeps getting better ..slowly, slowly, slowly grinding up that first hill ...the "NIC" is leaving your system but you know its a good thing...you go back and read some rolls and post your name at the bottom of Novemeber and you make that commitment to your brothers and sisters that you will hang in there today and NOT DIP, or NOT CHEW and you WILL lean on the support of these fine Quitters who are PM'ing you with thier cell numbers and words of encourgement ....you can do this ...you deserve better for yourself than remaining a SLAVE to that little round tin of Death ....GO FOR IT ! grab the ring ! you know you want it ...do it today !

One way ticket, non-refundable. Quit now. Get 2 or 3 days in before the work week starts again. B)
This is an excellent point! If you quit right now, you'll feel mostly human again by Monday. There's never a bad time to quit, but I think Fridays and Saturdays are excellent quit days!

I feel so good going to bed at my own will. Not at the will of my addiction, not at the will that drove me to stay up long enough to have two to three dips while my family slept.

What's keeping you from quitting? .... It's worth taking the chance! Believe me and others, we have freedom from the freakin' tin can who's used to control our every move.

Want freedom? We can show you how.

There are three important things to know about the past. One, it's over. Two, you can't change it. And three, the only thing keeping it alive is the energy you put into holding on to it. Letting go of the past can be one of the most liberating events in your life. It means allowing what was to be what it was -- and also, what it was not. It doesn't necessarily mean forgetting, but it does mean forgiving -- both yourself and others.
