I just read through the 100 reasons to stop dipping and I was amazed at how many of those instances I have caught myself doing in the past, it was easily 90 out of the 100 reasons listed.

Ok,well i tried to count the number of quitters who posted and my kids were driving me crazy, I came up with 222, 243,215, 267. I should just go to work tomorrow and print it out and have my assistant add it up. Yeah, screw that, Lets round it up to 300.
