Thinking about quitting the Grizz tonight. I've chewed since I was in the 7th grade and I'm 39 yrs old now. I chew about a can every 4-5 days. I justify my chewing by only chewing at night after kids go to bed but last few years I've been falling asleep with a chew in almost nightly. I think it's ok to chew because I only do it at night. How do I get over this hump?
