I ran a triathlon Saturday. To the naked eye, it was completely unimpressive. To me, it rocked because nobody who knows me would have thought that on June 13th I'd be 458 days removed from crapenhagen  running in a triathlon. Sweet.

Thanks Chewie. I know she's in it with me, but some suplimental reading for her might be good. Might even help her get over the total ASS I was earlier today. I'm open to that since I need all the help I can get to not be an ASS.

Well, the wife called me at work and through no fault of hers, I felt it was a good idea to rip her up and down. I was 5 minutes into a rant and realizied that she called me at the normal 12:45 after lunch dip time. Realizing that I was totally off on a NIC BITCH crave and the poor mental timing of her call I tried to cell her back and appoligize. She was suprisied since I NEVER call back if I hang up on someone. Being only the 3rd day, timing is everyting and her call was right in the middle of a real hard one. I even tried to get into Chat with someone, but nobody was there at that time.
I have prevailed and took matters into my own hands starting with calling her and ending with a walk in the plant to settle my crave.

I need (my brain says wants, but my body says NEEDS) some in a bad way, but I'm committed to sticking with the quit

Hang in there dude... you're right on track! Day 3 sucks balls but I promise it gets better.
