CJ 623 and $1557.50 saved. First I would like to say that I think the world of you guys and I'm very happy that you all are quit. My quit is very important to me and I will keep it that way. I'm still here...I just need to step back for a little while. I hope you all understand. I've been checking in when I can.

Quit Date: 08-02-2007...this was the first time I ever tried to quit...so far...so good.

Day three at 10 am this morning.. I have had some craves today like no other. I was doing some yard work and hit me.. I talked myself thru it. I have my son today so stress level at times is high.. SO far so good. Its about 3pm now. As long as I talk myself thru craves I will be OK. Still feeling wierd things.. Its like I can breath better... I didnt smoke.. Maybe its mental.. But my tounge and lips do feel like they are regrowing skin.. Kind of wierd feeling.

OH well. Thought I'd drop by to say hi..

Day 2 down. So far today (been up for about 2 hours) so good. Yesterday I thought I had a gas leak and I was dizzy..LOL.. This morning not to bad.

At times I feel way different. Sometimes like my blood pressure and sometimes its like i think.... Man I havent spit in a really long time.. LOL.. Just wierd things that just popped in my head.
