Hey all - I'm on day 5 cold turkey! I've dipped 1+ can a day of GW pouches for 6 years and this is my first time trying to quit in about 4. I wanted to wait to post until I proved to myself that I could make it through the 72 hour fog -- which I did!! Days 1-2 were tough mentally (cravings, inability to concentrate, tired), but with each day I'm feeling better and better. I still have the oral fixation and get cravings, but with each day I'm chewing less of the "fake stuff" and don't think about it as much. Thanks for all the posts/information about quitting on this site - it's helped me out a lot so far. The way I see it, I've already made it past the hardest part ... I OWE it to MYSELF to keep it going!!
