Welcome to the site Joe. Here's the deal with this quitting thing....

We don't TRY and we don't HOPE. We just do it. It is hard at first but it is worth it.

You have to want it bad. You can do this Joe. Go post roll in the April 2015 quit group.

This is my first post on here and I just joined today and last night I pray was my last dip. I've chewed for 22 years. I am craving one so bad right now and I have tried to quit many times and I am sick of it and I hate it. I hope to get inspiration and support on here and I appreciate and thank all of you for being here. If you can quit it gives me hope and strength. Just trying to get through today.
