What's your best advice for making it through Day 1?

Find a quit group.
Post roll.
Stop "trying".
Start "doing".

I'm not telling you it's easy... it's not. But it's 100% doable. You're no more addicted than anyone else here. There are thousands of folks who are MORE addicted than you are, chew more than you do, have more stress than you do, deal with more at work than you do, etc. And they're quit.

When you're ready... truly ready... we can help.

Welcome aboard. Make it happen. Grab freedom by the balls.

Stop making excuses and Quit. It took me 29+ years to finally commit to my Quit, and when I did, that was it.

Close the door on that bitch. She's a dirty whore.

Embrace freedom. We've walked the walk, and will do most anything to help you on your path.

Start by reading EVERYTHING here. There is more knowledge about this subject here, than anywhere else. Promise.

It ain't easy, but it's simple:

1. Post Roll EVERY day.

2. Keep your WORD.

3. Repeat.

It'll be the hardest thing you've ever done, but so, so worth it.
