It has taken me a while to figure out some words to put down in here.

I am very thankful for all of the men in the August Quit Group, as well as several of vets.
When I was feeling my lowest, I would read posts from people who have been quit for a few years to give me some hope and sanity.

I waited until my 100th day to commit to 200 days. I feel like it is still a day to day commitment for me. While I don't feel that I'm going to cave, I still wake up with jaw soreness, I still use Smokey Mountain Chew at the normal time I would pack in Copenhagen. My next task in the 200 days to come is to get rid of the Smokey Mountain Chew.

Thanks for all the support from this sight. It has been a God-send.
