I just want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who ever helped me with words of encouragement, advice, or just by being here every damn day and keeping me and everyone accountable.

My history with chew was a rollercoaster that started while I was still in high school. Dipping in classes and praying to god you wouldn't get caught, longing for lunch break so you could get outside and put a dip in (Who needs to eat right? this is time for chew!) It honestly makes me sick looking back on it. I had a few times where I stopped in the past, the longest being for over a year and like I mentioned in my introduction when I found KTC this is when my life was turned upside down. To keep it short for whoever may not have seen it this is when my wife and mother of my child left me for my best friend who was none other than the best man in our wedding. My life felt like it was caving in around me and chew was what I knew, chew was always there, it wouldn't leave. What I wouldn't give to turn back time.

But here I am over the 100 day make and no way am I turning back. Starting this journey was a scary time, through all the pain of quitting, the temptations, the triggers, the headaches I would do all of that every damn day and that's because being quit is one of the best things to ever happen to me!

Coming in with your fresh quit WILL be intimidating, it WILL be hard, it WILL be painful.
But just know, through all of that, you are gaining your LIFE back.

I'm proud to be a goon and proud to quit with every single one of you.

Joe
