Hey pal, let me clue you in on something. We are all human, we all make mistakes, thats life. You want to try your reverse psychology on people here thats your decision. But for god sake please dont push your political stifling ways down peoples neck. It really is a turn off.
Do you go down the street hitting poor people over the head and telling them they are stupid? Whats the matter with you.
Right now I am thinking "are they all like this?" What hellish war did I enter and why am I the enemy?
Dipster-
Everyone here is trying to help- it may not always seem like that but different messages reach different people. Take what works for you and forget the rest.
The one constant is roll. It's taken very seriously because the guys that have been around know that it is an effective part of staying quit.
It sounds strange but it works if you are a man of your word. Get up, piss, post roll. Posting roll is about giving your word that you will not use nicotine that day. And you can do anything for 24 hours right?
Everyday you took the time, probably multiple times a day, to feed your addiction. Now it's time to do the opposite. Everyday, multiple times a day you need to feed your QUIT and it starts by posting roll and making that promise.
And if a couple of guys posts can run you off this easy, you may not have the fortitude to stay quit. These are just words on a computer screen- the real hellish war you entered is the battle against your nicotine addiction- wait until that starts stomping all over your ass. It's going to fight like hell to get you to take a lipper of poison or a drag from a cancer stick. You have abused nicotine for a long time and it's not going to go away easily.
You can't half ass this, if you really want to quit you have to be all in, it has to be a commitment.
Just like your addiction was a priority- stuffing your face with poison to get your fix was a priority- your QUIT has to be a priority, posting roll has to be a priority. If you really want to stay quit don't just post roll and run, build a network of others on this site, use the live chat, read something new on here once a day, help others with their quit.
You have to own it. You have to commit to it.
