I'm on day 4 also brother. Stay strong, stay quit, we'll get through this together! PM me if you feel like venting or just could use a good chat with someone.

I ordered some Hooch this week and it's helped with the physical oral fixation part of the addiction. I highly recommend. Great for when you're out mowin the yard or any of those other activities that you always find yourself dipping in.

Day 4 has been hard lots of stress at work had Kodak in my lips since 1984 but plan to stop for my kids glad I found this group
