I have been nicotine free for about 3 hours now. I still have 8 hours left at work. Nicotine gum went in the locked confidential paper box to be shredded. Grizzly pouches dumped in toilet and can buried in garbage. It's going to be a long hard day, But I will survive. Day one here I come!

I have already promised myself this time it is the real deal. For good and forever. There is no turning back now.
Fuck.

Yeah!

Now, head over to March 15, and get your Day 1 up on Roll. There are a shit ton of solid quitters, going through the same thing you are right now, who are anxious to throw support.

Way to step up, my man.
You're looking for March 15.

Sorry, Edit - You'll want to go to the very last page.

Quote the roll I bumped, select all in the lower box, cut, and paste in the upper box. Add your name to the list of Quitters and your Day 1 and hit Post Reply.

Bingo. Nic bitch slain.
What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!

All right, you guys have inspired me. I am just going to say screw it and start now. But technically I had nicotine already today. So I will post day one tomorrow when I get a real full day in.

I have been through this before, and quit for months at a time. I just have to do it for real now and break the nicotine chains.
Great decision, we will look for your on tomorrows roll call.

Dump the shit and post a day 1 on roll. I posted Day 1 after wearing a patch for 30 days, these guys finally got through to me and I tore it off where I sit right now, and posted Day1. Join us, best decision you'll make, and you'll be feeling fine by Christmas!

But also, congratulations on making this decision. Once I see your name on roll, I'll message you my number. Today is the day you stop slowly killing yourself with tobacco, dip, cigs, and nicotine. Congrats!

Jeremy,

Don't wait till tomorrow. I know that sounds weird. You've had nicotine, so why would you post a Day 1 now? Here, we generally say Day 1 is the day you quit. What you're promising when you post that Day 1 is that you will not have any for the next 24 hours.

Make that promise now, because it eliminates the possibility that tomorrow morning you'll say "well, just one more day." And we all know how that goes.

Oh, and if you haven't already, flush everything. Smash the gum, wrap it in a moldy vegetable and throw it in the bottom of the trash can. There's no longer any "Just In Case" stash. You are quit now, and you'll be quit for the rest of your life. So embrace it my man, it's fantastic.

Taper off shmaper off. Doesn't work pal. Sorry. Do your homework. NRT is only good for one thing, keeping you addicted to nicotine. Why prolong the misery of withdrawal??At the end of the day there is only one way out.....

NO NICOTINE TODAY.

When you are ready, we will be here. Don't wait too long now.

Hey Jeremy,

We don't use nasty gum, patches, lozenges or suppositories that contain nicotine. In fact, we don't use ANY nicotine containing products including e-cigs.

Sorry you wasted your money on that shit, but at some point you have to stop using it. Tapering does not reduce the effects of withdrawl because you are still using nicotine.

Flush that shit and let's get to this.
