You can do it. I'm on day 90 and it feels great. Hang in there and post roll every day and read all these stories in the Introduction section. They inspire me every day. Be patient and change your ways, it's now or never. YOu will feel much better and won't have to worry about that dam can and spitter!

Welcome, as said earlier learn to post roll and get to the July group. Glad you didn't cave today, by posting roll you give your word you won't use nicotine that day. Your a man of your word so I know you won't give up on your promise.

Exchange numbers and read as much as you can on this site as possible. You have white knuckled the first 7 days which are the hardest part of the suck, your going to experience fog and other withdrawal but just hold on and lean on KTC to help you recover.

Happy to quit with you today

Well, today has been 1 week nicotine free. I have chewed Copenhagen snuff for 36 years. Just got tired of it a week ago and quit. the first few days actually were not that bad but this week has been tough. Today I ALMOST said fuck it and decided to do a search on quit chewing instead and here I am.

I am a recovering alcoholic/addict of 21 years, I quit smoking 8 years ago, Chewing is the last vice to go.

I think I am through the physical withdrawals, but the mental cravings are a bitch. I am not taking any alternate enhancers like nic gum or even nic free chew, just doing cold turkey and determined to suffer as long as it takes to rid this habit. Anyways I am hoping to get some inspiration to stay strong.
