hay derek man you no what? day 1 sucks. as a matter a fact most a the first week sucks. come back in here and rite bout how bad each day sucks and you no what else? when you rememember how much the first week sucks you wont want to go thru it agin.

I am inspired by all of the support posts for you on the February 16 thread. That sort of thing makes my quit stronger and I hope it inspires you to stick with it too. There is a wealth of help here for you. Take advantage of that and kick nicotine out of your life forever. You've got this!

Great decision D! Day 1 is the worst day for most if not all of us. Don't do day 1 again by getting through it. You CAN do this shit. Check PM top right corner. I'm here to help. Quit with you today.

Hello everyone, I'm Derek and this is day 1 for me. As you can expect, my mouth is swelling and cravings are coming about every 5 minutes.
