Pabo is right: quit for yourself and no one else. I stopped for my first kid, and my second, and my third....

This is a great intro.

Post roll. Keep your word. When you need help ask for it here, not from a chopped up plane in a can. Sounds simple - it is hard. That being said, you will find benefits from this that you were not imagining - particularly freedom.

You can do this brother.

Emt you gotta quit for yourself and the family will benefit! Go to welcome center learn to post roll. This shits hard but be a man post your word early every damn day and honor it for 24 hours , with our help you will beat this but understand you're an addict and always will be just like the rest of us.
