Where'd you run off to, Darla? You've had some serious big time quitters swoop in here and throw you a lifeline. However, you need to pull yourself in. If you come back and read this, don't waste the opportunity. Be selfish, quit for yourself and seize it right now. The system here works, but it does have one fatal flaw: only you can make it work for you.

Welcome Darla,

You should be in my qui group if you've joined yet. I don't think I've seen you post roll though. I highly encourage you to do so. It's the daily commitment required by KTC that has proven so effective. 24 hours at a time...don't break your promise....promise again in the morning. We're all going (or have gone....I'm going :) ) through the exact same thing as far as withdrawal/cravings. They can be beaten. I too am a Falcon so you'll have at least regional friend but we'll all be quitting friends. Head to "Quit Groups" and find pre- HOF August 2017 group. We'll be waiting for you you with open arms.

Hi Darla, welcome. You ask what else we would like to know ...I'd like to know if you're going to go all-in, 110%, pedal to the metal, full-tilt and quit your head off. This is all I care about and the best way you can answer this question is to post roll every day. But don't do it for me ...or your church group, or your family, or anyone else. Do this for you. Everyone around you will benefit from your "selfish" quit...and then I'll know the answer to my question. 'winker'

...oh, and sorry about your falcons (had to go there, I'm a New Englander and grew up next to Foxboro where the Patriots stadium is)

I remember Geocaching with a mouth full of death...and now I find trinkets in the woods dip free. If I can do it, so can you!
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Don't look at it as quitting long term cause that will make it seem impossible. Promise for the next 24 hours, wake up and do it again!! This site was made for the fact that we all walk in each other's shoes but we do it in our own way. So remember, that we know what you are going through, so we are here to support you!! Use us, abuse us, whatever you need to do!!! We quit with you every day, as you quit with us, share your digits and make sure that you talk through what you are feeling! It is very simple! We quit for today! We wake up! Do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time!
