Congrats and welcome! The next few days are going to suck, but hang close to this site, read everything, hang out in chat and you will be fine. After all, I did it, so can you!!

Day 1 starts now

well Today is the day.......had the last dip at 5/21/2009 10pm central time. I have been dipping for only about 15 years at about a can every 2-3 days. I know this is going to be rough but with some solid support and god on my side I pray i can make it though till the end.

Good buddy of mine told me about the site due to his brother being on here and he said it helped him quit. Hope to meet some nice people on here the next few months for when times get tough.....
