today is day one.

Hi everyone,
My name is Casey I'm an automotive technician from wisconsin and I am 25 and have been dipping for a little over 2 years now. Last year when my daughter was born I tried to quit but failed. I had very bad headaches, numbness in my arms and hands, blurring vision and double vision at times. And I am planning on quiting again today. My girlfriend is sick of me chewing and lying to her about it. And it's just getting old for me. I guess I am wanting to k now if anyone else has had symptoms simular to what I experienced and an looking for advice on how to take control of the symptoms. And should I quit cold turkey or slowly get myself off of it? I am going thru a tin in two days. I chew 5 to 7 times a day.

I am also wondering if anyone else on here is from the madison wi area. It would be great to get some more support and maybe make new friendships being that a lot of my friends dip and think it's stupid for me to quit, so I'm trying to avoid them as much as possible while I am starting to quit.

Thanks
Casey.
