First, welcome and you have made a good decision. What's driving your quit?
I am 27 days into my quit and the first few sucky days are fresh for me. You need to drink loads of water to the point where you're peeing every time you pass a bathroom. Get something to keep your mouth busy. I was feeling awful for 5 to 7 days BUT I quit both nic and alcohol. It's different for everyone but generally 72 hours you are free of nic's hold, then it's your body healing and your mind playing whacko crave games with you. The big thing to remember is it gets better. Stay strong and be resolute in your commitment to quit. You'll find this site extremely supportive.
Your post roll group is September. Go to Quit Groups and you'll see the instructions on how to post roll at the top. The more you get involved the more successful you will be. The first few days I spent a fair amount of time reading to keep laser focused on the goal.
There's a handful of ladies that will eventually recognize one of their own and help you out. Since chewing/dipping is mainly a male action of stupidity, you'll find this site can have an R rating at times. But we all have the same goal of waking each day and professing not to use nic. Then we get up the next day and do it again.
