Quitting is possible. Just look around this website for the proof. Stop using words like "want" and "try." Just quit.....make up your mind and do it. Post roll early each day and keep your promise to stay quit. Is it hard? Hell yes, but nothing good in life ever comes easy. Quit Like Fuck.

OK. I'm only 40 hours in, and its all right. I havent seen anyone else take a dip in front of me yet, so i'm sure I havent been truly tempted. There were two cans in the console of my car I forgot about. And it was my first ride to work in forever without a dip. THAT WAS HARD!

You gotta man up. The people on this site are awesome, they'll give you advice, talk to you, motivate you, get in your ass, support you every day...but it is what it is. It's a tool to help you, it won't do it for you. I wish I could tell you that coming on this site every day will make you quit..it won't. You have to fight every day..posting roll will help--it will be your daily promise..but like WT told me before I quit, don't be a pussy, grow some balls! He was right. The doctor can kiss your ass! He's not the one quitting and you can't quit because he said to! The only way you can quit is because you want it. I can't count the times the Dr or Dentist told me I needed to quit, BFD I thought about it and decided screw them I liked loved my dip more than I cared about my family, my health or anything else. If you want to quit for you you can do it one day at a time! Pm me for help.

I have dipped at least a can a day for the past ten years. My health is going to shit with hypertension and gaining to much weight. Doc tells me the dipping shit is a huge factor and to cut it out. Heres to a new me.. I need all the help i can get
