What the bad ass quitters who already posted here said is so true. You need to own your quit. All the support and knowledge you need is right here at KTC, but you need to work it. Read, read, and read some more. Jump in, the water is fine! The fight is hard for the first few weeks, but eventually it gets so much better. PM me if you need anything. Do not be afraid to reach out if you need anything.

Congrats on a great decision. Now it's time to start getting that mind right. Begin reading everything you can on addiction/nicotine. Learn your enemy it knows you. There is a lot of information on this site.

Read information in welcome center top left. Learn why and how we post roll, particularly why. You can keep your word for a day right?

Thinking like this ^^^ is why you need to read. You don't need it, never did! You are addicted to one of the most addictive drugs known to man. It's sad, but true that we think nicotine fixes real life situations when it does nothing but fill the void it created.

I wish I would have been as young as you when I wised up, but I didn't have the resources you have available. Use them and you will not be sorry. Need anything give me a shout.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Your first day quitting will be just like your 10th, 100th, 1,000th, and every other day that you don't put that trash in your mouth. Only thing that changes is the number.

You use your resolve, your pride, and your commitment to yourself and to us that you won't use again. And like sever said, there is no luck involved. You either quit, or you don't. I'm glad you made the decision to free yourself from the slavery. I'm quit with you today.

Hey man, take my advice and get to quitting! I was just like you, a grizz wintergreen slave..started when I was about 17 and couldn't quit. Well, 4 years later and I'm kicking Grizz's sorry ass thanks to KTC. If I could go back and start when I was 18 I'd do it in a heartbeat. Life is good without the can.
Quit date: 1/6/2014

Do you remember nicotine? Do you truly remember her? The way she controlled you financially, emotionally and physically? The lies she whispered in your ear daily? Remember how one dip was too many and one thousand was never enough? Yeah, so do I. That's why I'm here. That's why I post roll. That's why I support my brothers and sisters. Because I remember her too damn well.

I'm only 18, but I've been dipping for 3 or 4 years now. When I first tried it I told myself I wouldn't become a dipper. But before today I was dipping a can of grizzly winter green a day. My girlfriend nags me about it every chance she gets. She doesn't realize her yelling at me makes me need a dip even more. But I'm not quitting for her, I'm quitting for me. So almost one day down and I'm already through about 2 bags of seeds. Wish me luck
You don't need luck bub. You need to be dedicated to your quit and decide that nothing will make you put that crap in your mouth again. That's the only thing that will keep you stopped. Get over to the welcome center and read up on KTC protocol. Post roll and keep your word! It's good to be quit with you today.
