Just quit for today. Don't worry about tomorrow. Not sure you can make it through today? Then just quit for the next hour. If that's too long, quit for the next minute. We can hold our breath for that long, so we can do anything for a minute.

You see, quitting is all about making decisions. You get the urge to go to the store and buy some dip - make a decision not to do it. You get the urge for dip - decide not to dip for the next minute, or hour, or day. Don't bite off more than you can quit.

I saw your first post. I think I'll enjoy travelling to June with you. I quit with you today! (And, if you are a troll, I'm REALLY going to enjoy this!)
I agree with Irish... Focus on today.
It's not about funny...
Its about suck.
Its about the truth.
Swear to God.
It's about grabbing a hold of the rope and allowing us to pull you out.
Need help? Send me a PM.
Ill be here... Throwing rope ALL DAY LONG!

Hi folks. My name's Chris and it's time to stop dipping.
I am 22 and a native of the great state of Colorado. Denver born, living in Boulder now. It's as nice as they say.

I started dipping when I was 13. I very quickly became ashamed of my addiction, and would dip sparingly and alone. But eventually I added more and more chew to each dip, until I couldn't even feel a buzz unless I was double decker dipping (nine pouches or half a tin at a time), and even then no more than a few times a day.

I don't want that, so here I am.

Day one is a fucking mess. I feel totally unhinged and unproductive, and keep saying dumb stuff to different people. I'll level out, bear with me.

Love the Broncos, Avs, and good music. I was listening to Chris Stapleton when he was still in the Steeldrivers.

Friendly guy, definitely need distractions. Embracing suck, quitting for today. 'bang head'
