Hello all

I am 28, and have been a 1 can/day dipper for the past 10 years. Found KTC a few years ago but never really committed until now. I am currently on day 10, which still sucks, but I am able to recognize and overcome cravings. I live in Kansas and would appreciate any help/words of wisdom. I have been posting roll in the June Group. This site has been so helpful in giving me the tools I need to stay quit, and I plan to stick around!
Congrats DM! 10 days is awesome. The +1's add up quicker than you might think.

Remember these feelings  post them in your intro. Every now  then you can look back at your progress. I'm on day 80  I'm amazed how much I have learned/changed in the last 80 days.

I quit w/ you bro. You can do this.

PM me if you need a contact.
If you haven't, get other quitters from June and other Quit Groups to PM their phone number. I text 3 groups each day that I'm still quit, so basically I 'post' to 4 different groups. Stay in Chat like you are tonight, good things happen in there.
Welcome dm, you've come to the right place. You can do this if you stick to the program and make some connections with other quitters. Quitting with you today.
It gets better, believe me friend pm if you need digits.. ODAAT NAFAR
Good to catch you in chat today, welcome to double digits! PM me if you want #'s or support in anyway.
Welcome DM, and congrats on your 10+ days -- great work. You've already got some solid guys in your corner that have given you sage advice. Hopefully the fog is more manageable than a few days ago, and you've established various non-dip routines. Spend some time thinking through the old situations / environments in which you felt you "needed" the poison, and determine what you'll do differently from here on out -- whether it's chewing gum, fake dip, sunflower seeds, or just a boatload of water, practicing your quit strengthens your resolve and confidence to never go back. PM me if you need a number as you build your accountability network. Stay strong.
Hope things are still going well for you. PM me if you need another number for your accountability group. Quit with you today.
