Great choice. Read this http://www.killthecan.org/facts/jennykern.asp

You can't change the past, but you can change your future one day at a time. Embrace the suck...it is the feeling of recovery. The suck is a privilege all quitters get the opportunity to endure. It comes once. Laugh at it...love it...embrace it.

When the Nic Bitch finally takes an addict out, there is no warning or explanation. Just one day you go to the doctor and get life-changing news. What is harder to deal with...a crave or disfiguring surgery and a slow death that tortures those who love you every bit as much as you?

You're right...you need to do this. The good news is that you can do this!!! Welcome brother.
