I went back and re-read all this, even though my intro is shorter than most.. recalling my son crying when I told him I quit brings a tear to my eye..

If it wasn't for my loyal friends here on KTC I wouldn't be at 200 days. SO thank you, thank you for holding me accountable, thank you for the laughs, thank you for the friendship..

To the next 100 days.. Lets start with quitting today!
