My concern for you, however, is that you claim to have stopped dipping a number of times before, and one of those times, you stopped for over a year. What is your plan this time around? How are you going to be quit and remain quit? For starters, get that name on roll and begin to create that accountability network that Grizzly was referring to. If you're a man of your word and have a sound conscious, then the thought of stabbing your quit brothers in the back by caving to nicotine should a nice deterrent. Just start thinking about these types of questions to further your resolve. You're certainly going down the right path and I'll be glad to walk that path with you.
