Time for be to get off this path of destruction. I quit after going for a checkup at the dentist on December 28th. My regular dentist was on vacation and his daughter was filling in for him that day. Her approach to me in trying to help me quit was refreshing-not the typical douche-bag "I'm the dentist and you're the asshole" approach.

I am quitting for several reasons, but mainly quitting because I do not like the feeling of something having control of me. Chew has had me by the balls for long enough, and I need to take my life back. My health, family, $$$$, and my desire to set a better example are all reasons for my quit.

I have looked at this website before, but decided to join the group. Thanks for reading.
Nice intro. Don't forget what you were feeling there at the very moment when you wrote this ^^^. Remind yourself daily.

Nice work posting roll, and welcome aboard. You are about to the enter the hardest part of your quit known as "the big suck." The next few days are really going to suck but you can get through them. Read this site from top to bottom. There are a ton of guys that have succeeded. Read their stories and always post roll first thing in the morning. Also, start to get to know your quit brothers and sisters Trade phone numbers so you can text one another. Accountability is the cornerstone of KTC and is one of the reasons it has worked for me. 735 days into my quit and I am loving life more than ever. Again, welcome and start rockin' your quit!

Nice job posting roll. Drink lots of water exercise a ton! Use whatever you have to to keep nicotine out of your mouth. Make connections in your quit group and with vets too. Post your promise first thing in the morning and then keep your word. repeat the next day.
