761 days. It is really hard to believe. After dipping for nearly 38 years, I never thought I would make it to this point. The knowledge I have gained on KTC, the support, accountability, and brother/sisterhood are the only reasons I am clean. I never realized the power of quitting ODAAT - One day at a time. It sure does reduce my stress and anxiety levels by not looking into the future. The light sure does get brighter at the end of the tunnel. Waking up, pissing, and posting roll is such a small action to take to go from actively killing yourself to prolonging your life. Thank you to everyone that has played a role in my quit.
