You aren't on the site by accident. You know you need to quit but your addict brain is telling you not to pull the trigger yet. When is the right time? After you have been diagnosed with cancer?

Here is the link to take your freedom back https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=17219.0. Join the December 2021 quit group and stop letting a dead plant in a can control you. Click on the link and start posting your daily promise to stay nicotine free just for the day. Then repeat the following day. I have never made a decision that I am more proud of. Join me.
Keith ain't foolin. The best time to quit was 20 years ago. The next best time to quit is today. Tomorrow never comes.

I can honestly say that I would not be quit now without your help in the beginning. You called me immediately on my day 1 and we have talked many times since and texted everyday, 653 days in a row. Thanks for your accountability and for the way you continue to pass it on. I am amazed at and thankful for your dedication to this site and to staying quit.
